LICENSING

RCX Media products are sold with a single-user Personal License, meaning items purchased may not be used for commercial purposes such as public performance or for the promotion of other products.

RESALE PROHIBITIONS

Users may not resell RCX Media digital items or create derivative works from them for personal profit.

FINAL SALES

RCX Media digital products are sold on a final-sale basis because they provide immediate access and cannot be physically returned. Feel free to contact us if your item has any defects and we will assist you with getting a replacement download of the same item. In the rare instance that a suitable replacement download cannot be provided, RCX will offer you another item of equal or greater value free of charge.

ARTIST ROYALTIES

The U.S. Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) sets official mechanical royalty rates known as Statutory Rates for digital phonorecord deliveries and downloads. Digital albums purchased through RCX Media are bought and sold on a single-unit point of sale basis, meaning artist royalties and other site fees are deducted by eCRATER and PayPal at the time of transaction, then dispersed to the rights holder(s) of the content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

These terms protect the creator's intellectual property by preventing unauthorized use or reproduction. All digital items sold through RCX Media are copyright protected. All Rights Reserved. Unauthorized duplication is a violation of applicable laws.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

RCX Media enforces standard online customer conduct guidelines, including but not limited to:

A. Prohibited Customer Actions

Unlawful use: Do not use the site for fraud, scams, or illegal sales.

System disruption: No hacking, introducing viruses, or overloading servers.

Content theft: Do not copy photos, text, or logos.

Abusive behavior: No harassment, spamming, or fake reviews.

B. Enforcement and Account Rights

Right to terminate: RCX Media can ban users and block them from making future purchases for rule violations.

Order cancellation: RCX Media can refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

C: No Loitering Policy

Definition of Loitering: Remaining on the RCX Media store site without an active business purpose (e.g. browsing for items with legitimate intent to purchase) is prohibited.

Time Limits: RCX Media provides customers with time to browse for items they are interested in purchasing within reason, with the standard amount of time permitted being approximately 20 minutes per item purchased.

Prohibited Actions: Intentionally causing excessive site congestion, disturbing other customers, and interfering with business operations are also considered site violations.
